How does the process start?
First, you send me your information, (name, address, phone, email), the photo(s), the size of art piece, when you want it completed, and any details you would like to see in the art piece, (any other detail only if there's more than one photo); via my email that is listed in the Contact Us page. If more than one photo, I will email you my arrangements for we can stay on the same page. Once approved, I will begin drawing/painting as soon as possible.

What requirements are there for photo's?
I only will accept digital photo's in .jpg file format. The photo's should be be in good to high quality, with the size being at least 1MB. After the project is completed, I will store the photo(s) and art piece in a filing system, which could be reference for returning customers.

What is the waiting process for a art piece?
 Usual turnaround time are 2-4 weeks. But determining the size and details, it may take longer. If a art piece isn't done as soon as possible, (due to backlog, size, and/or details); you would receive a certificate from me with no extra cost to give to the recipient stating, "A Work of Art is being Made just for You!". The certificate can include, (by request), sample of the art piece or complementary sample artwork.

Are there discounts and when should I pay?
Discounts are available and there are three ways to get one. If you are a first time customer, you may receive a 10% discount on any art piece. Second, if an order was placed by someone that you referred, you would automatically receive a 10% discount on your next order. And, if art pieces are late, you would receive a 10% discount on the art piece. Discounts are unlimited, but may only be applied to a single art piece per order. In addition, Payments are due when customer approves of the final art piece via email. After payment is received, I will ship the art piece out. All payments can be made via www.paypal.com by referencing my personal email address: all4ustore@gmx.com. I will receive a notification of payment right away. This is a very safe method paying with a credit card online.

How will a receive my final art piece?
All art pieces are shipped via Priority mail. You will receive you art piece in two to three days after final notification of project. If a frame is requested, art piece would be shipped via UPS with an additional fee.
